Bug: It does not view popup sometimes

When I click “Post updated. View popup” (in the small black rectangle that appears at the bottom left of the browser window after clicking “Update” to save a new version of the popup), the popup don’t appear if I set it to appear no more than once per day.

That’s a bug: “View popup” should always show it.
