    Latest version – Unable to add FAQs as ‘Shop Manager’ anymore after updating to Version 1.7.0.

    WooCommerce version: Version 9.0.1.

    Only an admin account can add FAQs.

    It will let me choose from the existing FAQs dropdown, but after the selection, it won’t add to the list of FAQs. If I try to ‘Quick Add’ a new FAQ, the loading will just keep on going forever after clicking add.

    Thanks for the patience. We have fixed the issue and now saved roles from the settings will have access. Please add the roles from Settings > General > Set Access Role.

    We have released a new version 1.7.1

    Please update to the latest version and check. Hope your issue is solved.

    Thank you for the reponses and actions, I really apperciate it.

    However, the problem is that your Set Access Role setting doesn’t provide the full list of available roles of the site. From your list, there are only Admin, Editor, Author and Contributor which seem to be the default roles. My site, from the User Manager page, have additional roles like Shoping Manager, SEO Manager and etc. My client is using the ‘Shop Manager’ role, for your reference.

    I haven’t updated the plugin, though, please advise what I should do.

    We already have added all the roles in the latest 1.7.1 update. Please update and check the changes.
