Layout Positioning Incorrect

Currently the plugin doesn’t account for the <!––nextpage––> tag. It puts itself before it and considers that the end of the post, aka the layout choice After Post (in my case).

Choosing after post should put the buttons AFTER the end of the post which includes the pagination provided by the above tag that effectively splits a post in-place.
