    Hello,

    (1) I created a newsletter from scratch.

    (2) I set a non-white color as a background (solid light gray, no gradient) to all my widgets (text, images etc…).

    (3) When I send the email as a test, on the mobile everything is tiny and I see a black border (left and right) on my device (Mobile theme = dark)

    (4) Then I rotate the phone on landscape, and the email element size seem ok for a mobile.

    (5) Then I rotate again in vertical. Now the text size is perfect for a mobile, but some widget background color are 100% black and not light gray.

    (6) I did the same using one of your preset and I had the same problem.

I think something is wrong. I remember some months ago, I did the same tests and they were fine.

I’m using Samsung Note 9 with default browser (Chrome).
Today I run the first session of newsletter (in ITA language) (not a test, but in real).
    Look this screenshots:

ON PC: colors are correct (light gray), as in THE NEWSLETTER COMPOSER:

ON ANDROID IN LANDSCAPE: color are inverted, since it’s in dark mode. No problems.

ON ANDROID IN PORTRAIT: color are inverted, since it’s in dark mode. Some parts are black, instead to be dark gray as in landscape.

I have the same problem with Android in bright mode (in the browser, I select “Visualizza con tema tenue). Now I should send the ENG version of the newsletter, but I would like to know how to fix this problem. What do you think?

Hi, that is something internal to the email reader, we cannot control what happens on a client when the orientation is changed. I actually don’t know where the problem could be, I’ll do some sesarches to see if someone else has experimented the same problems.

    Thank you, Stefano.
