    Hello kidsluxo,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

I have been using the plugin for a few months now, with the latest updates it is occurring the error of not writing off the stock or even saying that it does not have the product, but in the system it is stating that it has in stock, i have already done conflict testing, i have already left only the woocommerce plugins, but nothing solves it, i have updated the php version to the latest and all plugins are up to date, i have already tested the theme, what should i do ?

To clarify, are you experiencing a problem where products appear out of stock on the site for customers, even though the WP Admin indicates there is sufficient stock?

If so, could you let me know if this issue is happening for all products or just specific ones?
Understanding whether the problem is widespread or limited to certain items will help us identify the root cause more effectively.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi @kidsluxo

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with stock management for some of your variable products. Sometimes, the stock decreases and increases, even though the product hasn’t been sold.

Can you please ensure that the “Manage Stock?” option is disabled at the product level for these variable products? You can find this option under the “Inventory” tab when editing the product. If this option is not disabled, WooCommerce cannot correctly manage the stock levels for that variable product.

If you have already disabled this option and the issue persists, it could be due to a plugin or theme conflict. I understand that you have already performed a conflict test, but I would recommend you to try it again following these steps:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!
