    Hi,

    I purchased your app on December 2, 2020.

    I had notified you a problem with the Facebook feed, despite the authentication working fine with Instagram, the Facebook one is broken.

    I created you an Admin account on my WordPress, provided you the FTP access as you asked me to modify the WP-Config.

    The feed still doesn’t work, no more news from you, my ticket has been deleted…

    Are you unable to debug your app?

    I’m starting to worry as the days go by and my support time is decreasing every day.
