BUG NO TEMA

Hi good morning!

Recently my theme gave a bug that images are no longer appearing on the site and I can no longer upload them. The menu bar also no longer appears. I contacted the support of my hosting and they had to contact you, because the error would be the theme. How could you help me? thankful
