Bug? Not possible to delete users by meta values

  • I want to delete all users without a woocommerce purchase. Therefore i want to delete all users without a value in a specific meta key.
    If i set “does not contain” “DE” in “shipping country” i expect the plugon to delete all users without this country code.
    This is not happening.

    I am assuming a bug.
