Bug of Plugin Members

Hi all, i am using WordPress 2.9.1, and i have plugin Members installed, but when i create New Role and give him privilege “edit_others_posts”, he or she can’t add Post From his Name. In New Post is something like that: Post Author, and in that list there isn’t that user whit new Role… someone help me pls…
