Bug on 301 redirections

After updating both SEO and SEO Premium to 2.2.1 version some posts are having a 301 redirection to /XXXX-autosave-v1/ URL and it’s causing a 404 error on the frontend.
I had to manually remove the 301 redirection URL on redirection menu.
