BUG on bulk print delivery note

    After bulk changing the order status, the previously printed order(s) pop up box appears again.

    Select orders to print
    Select bulk / print delivery note
    Bulk change status to completed*
    Print dialog box appears

    * The dialog box appears regardless of which status you change it to.

    However if I change the status field from all to something else after bulk printing the print dialog box does not appear.

    Hi Kenil,

    I’ll go through our process of printing delivery notes, and hopefully that will explain the issue better.

    1) I select the orders I want to print delivery notes for. From the bulk action drop down menu I select print delivery note and click on the apply button, then the print dialog box appears and I select print.

    2) I then use the bulk action menu to change the status of the orders from processing to complete and click apply. The print dialog box appears again. I do not need to print the delivery notes again so I click cancel.

    I believe that this is a bug and the print dialog box should not appear a second time when I do not need to print anything.

    I hope this explains the issue.

    We get exactly the same problem as @coffeeuk on both our websites.

    Using the bulk action function under the orders section when printing delivery notes, invoices or receipts. You then change the order status to something else and the print box appears again.

    It is a minor irritation to have to click cancel print every time you change the order status using bulk actions but it would be great if this was fixed.

    Hi @coffeeuk,

    I have replicated this issue on our staging site where the print dialog box appears after we change the statuses in bulk.

    However, I will add this issue to our Github repository and soon we will work on this and get back to you with an update.
