Bug on output?

Seems like a bug on outputting the Blog title, it showing literally this on the front page:
title=”Posted 28 March 2014 | 12:00 pm”>Blog title here
There must be a missing quote or something in the code maybe?
I also want it to output the featured image with the excerpt…
