Bug on WP Multisite

Hi,

I installed the plugin on WP Multisite.

I have the main website in german and the second one in english.

website.com
website.com/en

I didn’t activate the plugin network wide, I activated it for each website so I can choose different pages for login, registration, forget password.

Everything works just fine, except one problem which is quite strange.

After I edit one theme on a website and save it, it is automatically deleted from the other website.

For example, I edited the FlatUI registration theme on the german website. I didn’t change anything and I only saved it. The form was still on the german registration page but from the english registration page, the form was gone. When I checked in admin, the complete theme was gone.

Then I did one more test. I edited the FlatUI login form on the english website and saved it. The form was still on the englich login page, but it was gone from the german one.

That’s quite really strange. After editing a theme in one language, the theme is automatically deleted from the other language.

I want to buy the Pro plugin but before I do this, I want to make sure that it works on WP Multisite.
