BUG: post_per_page vs posts_per_page

In the theme files “sidebar-left.php” and “sidebar-right.php” you mistakenly use “post_per_page” as an argument for the testimonials loop which then caused it to ignore that argument and show all testimonials. This argument should have the key of “posts_per_page” as per the documentation for the wp_query loop
