    Hi @sebcode,

    I have placed an order on our staging site using the email addresses [email protected] and [email protected] to replicate the issue you mentioned. I thoroughly checked the “Print Invoice” button across all pages such as Checkout, My Account -> Orders, and WooCommerce Orders pages. I also reviewed the PDF attachment received via email. In all instances, the invoice appears correctly.

    Could you please provide more details about where you are encountering the issue with the invoice? Additional information along with any relevant screenshots would greatly assist us in replicating the problem on our end so we can address it effectively.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I just tested it again, this time with a vanilla wordpress installation with only the latest woocommerce and the latest “Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce” installed. I’m also using the latest php version. If I buy something in my test store with the email address [email protected] this is the Link the “Print” button on the thank-you page will point to:

    https://testshop.example.com/my-account/print-order/321/[email protected]

    Opening this link just shows an empty page. If I replace the “+” sign with a the proper escape sequence, it works:

    https://testshop.example.com/my-account/print-order/321/?print-order-email=test%[email protected]

    Thank you for providing the information.

    I tried to reproduce this issue at our end again with the email address you mentioned and I am able to reproduce the same today. I have escalated this issue to the development team. They will look into it and we will let you know as soon as there is an update on the same. I hope that is fine.
