Bug – proc_open fork failed

    After updating to Woocomerce 3.5.2 next message occurs.
    PHP Warning: proc_open(): fork failed - Resource temporarily unavailable in /wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/vendor/symfony/process/Process.php on line 289

    Steps to reproduce:

      Install Woocomerce 3.5.2
      Try open the Media page “/wp-admin/upload.php”

    Media page try loading a lot of time but unsuccesfully.

    Where can I send information about used plugins and php versions and so on?
    I do not want to post it publicly.
