Bug regarding columns and loading the style sheet

We are working on a custom theme based on HTML5 Blank. We loaded your plugin and are running into some issues.

1. When you select columns from the editor – it just spits out the shortcode text for 3 columns and never gives you an option to change it.

2. It is not loading the stylesheet into the header (oddly the style sheet for font-awesome is loading from your plugin), so none of the shortcodes display correctly.
