    Hi,

I would like to report a bug. Installed wordpress 5.9 yesterday, after that the ability to assign new posts to desired categories disappeared from the sidebar in the backend.

No reaction required from your side for us, just a general bug report. Disabled the plugin for now – after that it works again in the backend – looking forward to an update.

    Hi @berndg17

Are you sure this is caused by the EditorsKit plugin? I just tested it on a fresh install with WP 5.9 & EK 1.33.3 (latest), and it works fine.

    Here’s the quick screencast:

I would suggest you test this again by disabling all other plugins except EK.

    Cheers,
    Munir

    Hi @berndg17

I am closing this ticket now as I am unable to replicate the problem. However, you might want to update the plugin and then test it again. If you still get the problem, feel free to reply back here.

    Cheers
