    Hi,

don’t know if this has already been reported, but maybe it hasn’t.

It would seem the OR operator does not work with a custom search. Just entering one search term produces the expected result. But entering two terms, separated by OR does not. I can only assume that it looks for both terms instead of any of the terms.

I’d be happy to help work with testing if needed, just let me know, but I thought maybe you wanted to know about it.

Thanks for the heads up. Will add this as an issue to look into.

Did you use the old 2.4 version of the plugin? If so, did this work for you in that one?

No, I didn’t try the boolean search in the earlier version, so I don’t know if it worked in 2.4.

Ok. I looked into this extensively and I don’t think it is currently possible unfortunately. I think it may be a kink with the API since I even tried running this straight through the API controls and not from within the plugin and I was still never able to get the desired results.

I have updated the documentation site to avoid possible confusion with this for anyone else. Thanks for letting us know about it so we could discover all of this.
