Bug Report: Conflict with Classic block in Gutenberg

I’ve been seeing issues on several of our sites in the classic editor block when a user is trying to edit a page. I have narrowed down the error to the WP Statistics plugin. When the plugin is activated, the error occurs. When it is disabled, the error goes away.

The error: when a user selects text and tries to insert a link, or when a user clicks on a link to edit the link, a small popup input will open near the link. The user is able to type in the link in the text box in the popup, but the user is not able to click on either of the buttons on the right side of the popup. When the cursor is moved to the buttons, the popup window enters a loop of opening and closing, making it blink on and off. Thus, links are not editable in the classic editor when WP Statistics is running.
