Please try to rename the folder from the directory.
The plugin will be deactivated, please activate it after you log in to the dashboard.

… please re-read my query. I am NOT trying to deactivate. The message on the screenshot is permanent on the plugin page.

The scripts and styles are not loaded, that is why I asked to activate/deactivate.
