Bug report for LWA plugin developers

Hi LWA plugin developers,

Here are some cleanup/bug reports for your WP plugin. I hope you find them helpful:

1. Remove build and source directories from repository commit.
2. Sync README.md with readme.txt (or remove?) A separate github pull request to address this is forthcoming. The github download links are out of date.
3. Use the version tagging conventions, documented further down on this page: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-org/how-to-use-subversion/#how-to
