  • Hey there, @beaubhavik! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Do you mind clarifying the issue a bit more so we can assist you further?

The terms are not displayed in the submenu after clicking “Configure terms”.

On the screenshot you shared, the only term on the attribute is “default”

And as you can see here, the term is showing:

You can use the the fields on the left to add new terms.

If you click on configure items on Subscribe and Save, which has more terms, do they all show?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi Carolin,

    Thank you for your response.

The issue I’m facing is not just about the terms being displayed. The main problem is that after clicking on “Configure terms” for any attribute, the configured terms submenu is not appearing under the Products menu. This makes it confusing for a regular admin user because they can’t see the terms listed in the left menu under Products, beside the Attributes. This absence creates a navigation issue and makes it hard to know which screen they are currently on or to manage the terms efficiently.

    Hello beaubhavik,

    Thank you for your reply.

The main problem is that after clicking on “Configure terms” for any attribute, the configured terms submenu is not appearing under the Products menu.

    Could you explain this point?
Do you want terms like “Biweekly”, “Every Eight Weeks” and “Every Six Weeks” to appear in the sidebar?

Once I have a better understanding of your query, I will be happy to assist further. ??

    Best regards.

    Hello, @doublezed2

    Issue:
When clicking on “Configure Items” (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/_BP4Pta31VP8), the terms are displayed, but the left submenu (similar to “Attributes”) is not activated.

    Hi @beaubhavik

When clicking on “Configure Items” (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/_BP4Pta31VP8), the terms are displayed, but the left submenu (similar to “Attributes”) is not activated.

Are you saying that you can’t find the option to configure attribute terms? Or are you looking for more advanced options for the attribute terms?

For better assistance, can you provide a video explaining the issue on your end? For video, you may use https://loom.com or https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/. Please follow the instructions on that page and then paste the URL into this thread.

However, please note that the attribute terms don’t require any other configuration. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#product-attributes

I hope this provides some clarity. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
