    Hello,

    We are planning to use this plugin’s QnA feature for FAQ as well.
    1. Can you please integrate Google FAQ schema with the QnA?

    2. We are unable to submit questions when Object cache is turned on. Can you please debug this on your end using W3TC plugin and its object cache?

    3. When asking same question, there is an error that shows. A better message would be great: example: “Similar question has already been asked.”

    4. Ability to export QnA. Currently, the option only exists for reviews.

    Thanks for using CusRev and for your feedback.

    1, 3, 4. I’m going to inform the developer team to consider adding them to the to-do list for the future development of the plugin.

    2. I’ve tested with W3TC, enable object cache on my testing site but do not see any issue. You can try to contact W3TC support to ask for help with this issue.

    We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
