Bug Report: URL Misc. Characters Redirect to My Account

I discovered an interesting bug in Ultimate Member’s permalink functionality. One particular user had listed her last name with her maiden name in parentheses, in the form of (Smith) Jones. This site uses the permalink setup of “First and Last Name with ‘.'” Whenever any user would try to navigate to her user profile on the site, they would be redirected back to their own user profile. I tested this with curly brackets and got the same result. Unfortunately, I can’t simply change the permalink schema the site uses because it may break other functionality down the line, and since this user is a real estate agent (this is a real estate website) it is important for her to be able to advertise her name in a particular format.
