Bug Report/Enhancement Request: Compatibility with Polylang

Hello.
Following is the scenario:
I am using a multilingual blog. Multilingual feature is created using polylang Plugin by @chouby
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/polylang/

The Default Language is German and site is accessible via https://example.com
The Other Language is English and site is accessible via https://example.com/en

Detail of the issue:

Under every post article there is a field called “Custom excerpt” / “Individueller Linktext” (for German)
Following are the steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Install polylang and add link to facebook plugin and configure both
2) Create a new post with English language -> Set custom text to lets say “test content”
3) In right sidebar -> under Languages meta box -> Click “+” icon to add translated text for German Language
(By this option both posts are linked, so that, if anybody switch language from English post, they would be redirected to German Post)
4) Now, in German Post, Add Custom Excerpt ( “Individueller Linktext” ), for example: “German test content”
and publish the post
5) Now the thing is, it will be changed to “test content”
I mean Custom excerpt would be changed for German post to previously set custom excerpt for the first article of English Post..
and it will publish same custom excerpt for both posts on facebook.
And doesn’t allow to have different custom excerpt for different posts.
