You have developed a great plugin, but your ‘bug reporting’ procedures are for the birds. You know what information you want, not me. Can you add to your plugin a one-click system report that gathers 95% of the info you’re looking for? I’ll be happy to click the button, include an error message, screen shot, 3 drops of blood and a lock of hair. You’ll be happy that you’re getting more complete bug reports. You may even get more conversions to the paid plugin.
