    Could you please open the browser inspector tool -> console and see if you have any errors there?

    Sorry for the lateness of this response, I attach an image where you can see that in the console section in Devstools it throws 3 errors. I tell you this is happening to me on 3 different websites. Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your comments.

    Well, that’s really weird, everything seems to be up to date.

    Could you please make a backup of your website with the help of this plugin, after this download the zip file/files and send them to us via email on address – [email protected]

    This way we would be able to investigate your setup and see what’s going wrong.

    Hello.

    Thanks for such a prompt response, I’m telling you that I just updated the plugin and the theme in a local account that hadn’t opened for days. Out of curiosity, before updating anything, I tried to enter the Blocksy section to see if everything was normal, I updated the plugin, I did the test and everything was fine, then I updated the theme and there if the problem is reflected, I’m going to send the request for verification.

    I totally understand you but honestly I tested a few times already on all our installs/setups and everything works fine, I have a feeling that something went wrong with your setup, that’s why I want to test your backup.
