Bug: Restricting pages removes them from the Menu builder in the admin

I think there might be a bug with the new menu feature. I set up some restricted pages that I had already added to my main navigation menu. After they were restricted, the no longer appeared in the menu builder in the admin.

The menu still worked correctly on the front end, but in order to build and change the menu, I had to deactivate the plugin. The hide menu option in the settings had no impact on this.
