When the Schema plugin is activated, the code for navigation bar is inserted in the <head> section of the page. The Navigation bar is rendered above the page content.

Upon deactivation of the plugin, its all works fine.

    Theme: Ranking champtheme

I’m deactivating this plugin for now.
Pls let me know once fixed.
    Thanks

Ok, so I’ve installed WP-Paginate Plugin to test it against Schema, but I couldn’t replicate the issue! The pagination works fine.

I can’t really check the Theme you are using since it looks like a ThemeForest theme.

    A few questions:

    – You’ve mentioned something about “Navigation bar“, I’ve looked at the navigation menus, all seems to be fine. Did you mean WP-Paginate Pagination bar?

    – Have you been enabling Breadcrumbs option when this error happened?

    – Can you send me any kind of screenshot to show the issue?

    Thanks.

Ok, now I know what you mean, I saw it and working on a fix to be part of 1.6.9.5 update.

Expect this update to be released in a few.

These errors is in the “hentry”, it’s not relevant to the Schema plugin. Mostly , these are caused by the theme you are using.
