BUG: Selection of Google Fonts is Incomplete

Hi,
The list of Google Fonts hard-coded into this plugin is very old and is therefore missing many. An updated list can be found at https://github.com/google/fonts/blob/master/tools/font-metadata.csv.

Suggestion: Cache this file and provide a button to allow the user to refresh the list when needed/wanted.
