Bug: Settings gone when widget is in use twice

This plugin is great for me, but when I add more than one of these widgets to a sidebar, the “More Options” section disappears. I’ve tried in both the Customizer and Appearance, and it works at first and then stops. Can’t figure out what’s going on.
