The “Show posts in admin all list” setting does not work.

The ‘All’ link excludes my custom-status from the LIST of pages, but includes them in the NUMBER.

So, for example, I have 5 pages total, and 1 has a custom-status. The “All” Number is 5, but only 4 pages show in the list.

    Hi @tzeldin88

I’m aware of this “bug” and don’t really now if this should be implemented manually. The three options “public”, “Show posts in admin all list” and “Show status in admin status list” are core option of register_post_status() (Function reference).

The option only seems to take action, when the status is also marked as public. As long as the status is marked as a private status, only the number increases, but the post will not be shown. I will have a look at this, maybe it’s a core bug, I’m not quite sure at the moment.

Thanks for looking into it. Whether it’s a “bug” in the plugin or in core, or not truly a “bug”.. it’s certainly confusing that the plugin offers to “Show posts in admin all list”, but does not actually do so.

By the way, I’d suggest to emphasis the word “all” in the UI, like:
__ Show posts in admin “All” list

    Hi @tzeldin88

shame on me, this problem was in no way concerning the core! My fault. I hope version 1.0.8 will do the trick and you can work with this.

    Greetings Felix
