BUG Started last week – automatic send when added to list

  • this bug is not theme dependent, just started on all my websites

    had set up automatic send when subscribers added to a list. here’s the problem, if they are already on any list at all, your system is not seeing them as newly added to the new and unique list.

    This makes the automatic newsletter setting practically useless after the first time they accept a free download…

    worse, it is now making them autoconfirm even though I’ve turned that off (seniors niche) and when they do that, maybe cause not new to the list? the autmatic newsletter doesn’t send. This means I have to manually resend everyone who answered the campaign.

    Last, if I remove the person (using the unsubscribe function) from just one list, they now are “unsubscribed” and get none of the automatic newsletters they should get.

    This makes it tough because have to manually uncheck them as individuals rather than the simplicity of a global “unsubscribe.”

    Urgently need this fixed and doubt I’m the only one. Tkyu

  • Hi,

    If a subscriber joins a list, he/she won’t be able to join any other lists via that form. If they want to join other lists, they will need to edit their profile. Signing up via the form again won’t work.

    Does that make sense?
