bug switch from small screen to normal

We need to reload the page to make the Javascript check the width of the screen again to display the header fits with the screen.

when can you fix this problem? it’s happen always when i change size of the screen

when i’m switching to smaller size i lose some option from menu for example icon menu and cart. i have to refresh it ?? and when i turn from smaller to full screen menu stays the same small and also i have to refresh it ??
