Bug: The "Message displayed to unregistered users" is not being saved.

The “Message displayed to unregistered users” is not being saved.
It appears to save correctly when you save changes, but every time you visit or re-visit the “Edit Form > Advanced” tab, the value is reset to default: ‘%s’ is only available to registered users.
All other options are saved correctly.
