In rsvp_frontend.inc.php file at line 1473 has been forgotten a trailing slash that prevents proper loading of the folder ‘languages??’ as written here https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/load_plugin_textdomain.
Even the name of the file ‘*.pot’ inside the folder ‘languages??’ should be replaced with ‘rsvp-plugin.pot’ because the ‘domain name’ is ‘rsvp-plugin’.
Finally, there are several errors of line numbers in the file ‘rsvp.pot’.
