    Hi,

There is a bug with the Video widget

    Warning: Undefined array key “aspect_ratio” in?…\wp-content\plugins\elementor\includes\widgets\video.php?on line?1076

The bug appears when I enable Lightbox and keep Aspect Ratio 16:9. When we change another Aspect Ratio, there will be no bug.

    Please fix it!

    Hi @stormit,

Could you please provide us with your website URL and a screen recording showing the steps you took before getting the error? You can use tool such as https://www.loom.com/ to record your screen.

I’d also suggest to try out safe mode.Go to Elementor > tools , choose “enable” to the Safe Mode setting, and click save changes.

“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.

Read about the feature here: https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/

If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi,

    Thank you for response!

Did you check on your site before replying to me?

You just install Elementor 3.21.0 => Add the Video widget to page => Enable Lightbox => check frontend and see the bug.

satill same problem pelase check this issues

    thanks

This bug is still present as of today, which is unacceptable, especially for an Elementor Pro customer like myself. It doesn’t take 5 months to fix a bug as obvious as this.

Since Elementor doesn’t seem to care, I found the fix myself, which is to make Elementor > Settings > Features > “Optimized Control Loading” > Inactive.
