Hi, I came across a bug when integrating the plugin into a multilingual site where I use Polylang PRO. When I paste the script into pages of one language version, such as EN, save the changes, and then switch to another language to place the script on the corresponding language version and save the changes, the scripts that I put in the EN version are lost. They just aren’t into the fields opposite the corresponding EN page. This bug has appeared after the latest system updates and plugin updates on the site.

    Regards,

    Dragomir

  • Hello Dragomir,

That’s caused by that filtering by language because when you use the filter for specific language pages with other languages aren’t returned from the database and can’t be used for saving the data (pages must be still present in the content of settings page when you are saving the settings). The last update has been aimed to fix a similar issue with WPML plugin, so the pages are not filtered anymore when using it.

At least for now, the only way to save snippets for all languages is to select an option to “Show all languages” in your admin bar if you are on the settings page of the LeadBooster by Pipedrive plugin. We will try to solve it ASAP.

    Hello Dragomir,

I just released a new version (1.0.5), which should fix your issue.

I’m really sorry for such a long waiting.

Can you please test it and provide us some feedback?

    Hello Dragomir,

because there wasn’t any response further response from you I consider the issue had been resolved.
