bug when sharing via Twitter

    Thank you for catching this bug, David. It’s related to how the plugin is modifying the title/twitter text for adding to the URL: the title is modified properly, but I missed the custom Yoast twitter title, so hashtags in there are breaking the sharing text. I’m adding a fix for it which will be in the next release. Custom twitter text without hashtags should be okay for now.
