Could you help with a bug I have had reported by a client?

“If retake the video twice, it shows the Record button, which you can press and it appears to be recording (counter advancing). However, when you press Stop, the counter resets to zero and it doesn’t give you any buttons to press, other than Stop (which doesn’t function) – the webcam is still showing whatever it can see, though doesn’t seem to be still recording (though it might be, I suppose).”

I’ve managed to recreate this (I was using Chrome). It occurs when you record a video, watch it back, then hit retake. When doing the retake it doesn’t let you press stop. This only occurs if you playback the last video you recorded. If you just keep retaking without watching any of them, it doesn’t happen.

Also if I would like some customization who should I contact? I tried using the online form but had no reply unfortunately.

Hey Im really sorry you haven’t heard back yet. Our teams resources are stretched to the max right now. We didn’t expect such success with our recorder. Now we’re trying to get a team in order to deal with the huge rush of emails.
For your issues I suggest first trying our update that we’re launching later today. Look for Video Recorder 1.7

Let me know if you have troubles with that. We’ve fixed some interface bugs.

For the customization make sure you fill out the form at vidrack.com/enterprise

We will be reaching back out to every soon.

You can also call/text my personal cell at 1-613-266-5352 or call 1-800-303-7803
