Bug with a form!

Hello,

I have installed the WordPress Plugin for Constant Contact. Now what happen was that I add a form to sign up a newsletter in a page of the website trow a widget. I didnt enjoy it and then I remove the plugin.

What happened was that the form is now at the top of every page and I already deactive and desinstall the plugin completly.
