    Hey guys,

I thought about buying the PRO version. But now I found a bug which almost makes the plugin useless.

When using the plugin with Chrome and on a Retina display computer (like my macbook pro) the whole website is white. I played around with the z-index (the one before the popup gets actice – directly attached to the element) from “-1” to something else, which worked…

Is this known? What is the problem in detail? Where can I fix it in the plugin to solve this issue?

Looking forward to your guys help!

    Best,
    Florian

    Hey Florian,

    How are you doing today?

I had a colleague test this with macbook pro on chrome and everything worked pretty well, see screenshot https://screencast.com/t/5l1X3byPM.

He even tested with resolution density feature and everything went fine so this should not be related to macbook and retina displays.

I’m assuming this could be related to the theme that you’re using and it’s styles. Just to be sure you can test for conflicts, to do that try using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Please let me know if you can find anything ??

    Cheers,

    Hey Bojan!

    I am using Thesis 1.8!

I will check with other themes and try to better evaluate where the problem might come from.

I will get back to you here ??
    Thanks for your reply already!
