Bug with Conditional Logic Option

  • Hi, I found a bug related to the conditional logic option. I created two select fields, one always appears (is the?Gift Wrapping?select field) and the second (is the?The gift should be…?required select field) only appears when the user selects at least one option in the first field (Gift Wrapping?select field). Apparently everything works fine, but if a user does not select?any?options and?adds?the product to the cart, but after that changes his mind and wants to select a “Gift Wrapping” option that should activate the?“The gift should be…” required select field, this field no longer appears, and even though it is a required field (the second select) as it does not appear, the user can simply add it to the cart without the second selection.

    Hi there,

    Could you tell us which theme and version are you using so we can try to replicate the issue in our local installation?

    In the meantime, I’ll suggest you try to disable the AJAX Add to cart feature of your plugin and then check if the issue is solved.

    We’ll remain at your disposal.

    Thank you for your quick response. I am using the Woodmart theme – Version: 7.0.4. I tried disabling the AJAX Add to Cart feature, but nothing changed.
