Bug with coupon / cart

    Hi,

    There is a bug (?) where if you add a coupon code at the cart page the ajax refresh brings up a blank cart page (the action is actually applied – if you refresh the cart it shows ok). The same occurs if you remove the coupon in the cart page, or if you try to add the same coupon again. This does not happen on the checkout page where adding/removing a coupon code works without any issues.

    Perhaps the plugin is not meant to be used this way ? But i wanted to have the cart available on demand even though I will use the direct checkout.

    I tested this with the latest WP version and with the default theme as well and the behavior is the same. Unfortunately I cant yet provide a url as its in a staging only environment at the moment.

    Please let me know how did you deduct that Direct Checkout plugin is cuasing this issue.

    We have no other reports related to this, maybe you can debug further on your website, if you haven’t done yet:

    • Deactivate all plugins one by one checking each time
    • Disable any custom script you might have
    • Switch to StoreFront theme

    You might need to clear cache each time
