    Hello !
After the update, we can no longer register events. We use worpress 6.1.1 with Divi and the plugin Divi Events Calendar and The Events Calendar. We are forced to deactivate Complianz in order to modify our events.
For the moment Complianz plugin is disabled.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @kalankaa2,

Is there a specific page on your website where we can see the issue appear? If so, could you provide a link and re-activate the plugin, so we can take a look?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

The problem is not in front office but in back office. As i said, in back office when we want to modify an event and save it we have an error message :

An error occurred while saving your page. Various issues can cause the backup to fail, such as lack of server resources, firewall blockages, plugin conflicts, or server misconfiguration. You can try backing up again by clicking Try Again, or you can download a backup of your unsaved page by clicking Download Backup. Backups can be restored using the portability system the next time you edit your page.

The plugin conflict is with Complianz

    Hi @kalankaa2,

You can try disabling the “The Events Calendar” integration under Complianz > Integrations > Plugins, to see if that restores the ability to edit and save the events again.

Can you also provide a link to the “Divi Events Calendar” plugin? That will allow me to try and reproduce your issue on a test environment, by using the same exact plugins as you have.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

I tried your first idea: it does not work.

Divi Events Calendar is a paid plugin so….

    Hi @kalankaa2,

Could you generate a debug.log file by enabling the WP Debugging plugin, and triggering the error once more? The file will be located in the /wp-content/ directory upon doing so.

If you send this file, alongside a “System Status” report (Complianz > Dashboard > Tools > System Status) to our support channel at support(at)complianz.io, we will have a look if it contains any further pointers as to the cause of your issue.

As Complianz would only block the Events Calendar map on the front-end, I don’t currently have any real leads as to why this might occur and how the Complianz plugin might be related.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi @kalankaa2 and community,

The user’s issue was caused due to the memory limit being reached when saving events in the Divi Events Calendar plugin, and had been resolved by increasing the allowed memory limit.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
