• Noticed a small issue. In the interest of speeding up our site I turned off ‘statistics’. However, this also removed the “Edit Related Posts” button on the post. It only appears if you have statistics turned on.

Additionally, in the compose section, are articles from our site supposed to appear or only external articles? Would like to be able to choose which appear (from our site) without waiting for the post to go live to edit it. Turning off the external articles would be nice as well.

  • Hey,

thanks for pointing out this bug. We’re aware of this behavior and we’re in the process of re-organizing our plugin. It is very likely we’ll untangle statistics and edit related posts in one of our next updates. I’m afraid you’ll have to leave statistics on until then, especially if you want to edit your own related posts.

Next, related posts on the compose screen are from other bloggers only. We analyze your text and suggest posts from other bloggers in our network that are writing about same/similar topics as you. These posts can be inserted into your post by clicking on them.

You can simply turn this feature off in plugin’s settings, just uncheck “Display Related Posts Recommendations on Compose Screen”.

    Hope this helps.

Take care & have a nice day,
    Mateja
