Bug with emoji

If user inserts a emoji inside name field or content, the review does not appear in the Pending Rewiews.
Example:
Plugin send mail: https://yadi.sk/i/FqGi1VOJGwIseA
but rewiews is not in pending: https://yadi.sk/i/m0lFXp8fxr_29g
