Bug with 'From Email' after update

Using ver 3.29, this bug was also present in previous version.
Receiving an extra “rn” in the from field email.
This happens regardless of leaving the filed blank or adding text in the settings.
I would like to be able to add the NAME along with email here, is there a code?https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/contact-form-plugin/
