Bug with Profile Permalink Structure

Hello,

I’m currently using the following custom permalink structure:
example.tld/%category%/%postname%/

When I create a profile page without having a parent page set, then the links inside the profile menu work.

But if I set a parent page, the URL-part of the parent page is ignored so all links inside the side menu will result in a 404-error. I wanted the link to be example.tld/courses/profile, but all links in the menu are using the url example.tld/profile.

Could you update the plugin to use the whole URL of the page?
